1. Where is Dueba contact lens manufactured?
They are manufactured in South Korea and the lens that I am selling are 100% authentic, if not money back guarantee. You will receive the manufacturer's certificate to confirm the authenticity of the Dueba contact lens.
2. Some of the lens are not listed on your blog site?
Just visit www.duebacon.com and quote me the design code, preferred colour, quantity and degree of each eye. Next, just email me the details to deborah.chin@hotmail.com. I can check with the manufacturer if they have the stock on hand.
3. How much are the lenses?
Each lens cost AUD$20/SGD$25/USD$18. Each pair of Dueba Contact Lenses comes with free lens case and the more you purchase, the more discounts you will receive. First pair - full price. Second pair - 10% off total. Three or more pairs -20% off total price.
4. What is the life span of the lens?
They are yearly disposal which means they have a life span of 12 months.

7. How do I order from you and what is the process?

8. What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal and bank transfer.
9.What is your bank account?It will be disclosed to you once order is confirmed (i.e we have the stock for you).
10. How much is postage? And what are the additional costs.
Postage is an extra AUD$1.90/SGD$2.90/USD$1.90 all over the world. Registered mail will be an extra of AUD$3.90/SGD$3.90/USD$3.90. Additional pair just top up $1 for each.
The contact lens comes in glass vials/bottles (orignal packaging), therefore shipping will be slightly more ex than normal contact lens packaging. They will be bubble-wrapped tightly in a padded envelope to you. If more quantities are ordered, they will be packed in boxes.
All shipping/postage cost are including cost of packaging (envelopes/boxes/bubblewraps etc).
11. Do you do meetups? For payment/collection.
Yes. But please check for availability first and at the convenience of myself. As Lushdolls is based in Western Australia, Singaporean customers will have to check if the seller is at Singapore.
12. How long does postage take?
Shipping of items will be within 48 hours of payment. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive to you. However, if seller is in Singapore, shipping for Singaporean customers will take less than a week.
13. Are there some cases when postage takes longer?
Yes, when we do not have the stock you require. You have to wait for the next shipment from South Korea. And it will take 4 weeks for manufacturer to send the goods to me.
14. Will my lenses arrive earlier than the stated date?
Possible. I will definitely mail them out earlier if they reach earlier.
15. Will you be emailing/smsing when lenses have arrived?
Certainly.
16. Which lenses enlarge eyes?
All of them do. They will promise to made your eyes look bigger, brighter and sexier.
17. Are we allowed to order one-side only?
No. You have to order in a pair. However, it doesn't mean that you have to order 2 pieces with the same degree.
18. Do we need to order 2 pairs if our eyesight' degree is different for left/right eye?
No. Only need to order 1 pair, different degree is ok.
19. Will you mix up our orders since you are doing batch after batch?
No. I keep detailed records for each order. Not to worry.
20. Are you lenses authentic? Because they are so cheap! Are they from some china factory?
Yes certainly they are authentic and fully certified, and not from some china factory. I do provide proof upon request for it.
